When you submit content to the Services (including server and client listings, reviews, comments, or feedback), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content in connection with providing the Services.

You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights in and to the content you submit, and that such content does not violate these Terms or any applicable law.

In no event shall Open MCP Directory, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services
• Any content obtained from the Services

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Open MCP Directory assumes no liability or responsibility for any errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content; personal injury or property damage resulting from your access to or use of our service; any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

Open MCP Directory does not warrant that the Services will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location; that any errors or defects will be corrected; or that the Services are free of viruses or other harmful components.

Open MCP Directory does not endorse, support, represent, or guarantee the completeness, truthfulness, accuracy, or reliability of any content or communications posted via the Services or endorse any opinions expressed via the Services.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
